Ayurveda is a natural healing and wellness science. It’s the science of life, the science of daily living. Ayurveda is the oldest healing system extant on our planet and it arises from ancient India. Ayuh means life and veda means knowledge.

Ayurveda says: each person has a unique mind-body type. To stay well, each person needs to maintain balance between their personal rhythms and nature’s cycles by choosing food and activities to suit their unique physiology and psychology and by following personalized daily, monthly and seasonal routines.

Using nutrition, lifestyle, herbal medicines and time-tested therapies, Ayurveda brings the elements back into balance within the body to create total wellness.
